Venue and schedule: The tournament will take place from 15th-23th October, 2007, in the Polideportivo Municipal de Magaluf. The use of mobile phones and electronic devices is forbidden in the playing hall.
Format: 9 round Swiss.
Time control: 90 minutes plus 30 seconds increment from move 1 in which to complete the whole game.
Schedule: The rounds will begin each day at 20:30 (8.30 p.m.)
Bye: Players who wish take one half point bye may do so once till the 7 round
